There is that one guy that came in 3rd world cop (Paul Campbell) that deserves a shout out. Really good actor. What ever happened to him. I wonder? Do yo know if he has made any more films?
I believe that there is a lot to be said for the Jamaican talent; some of which has gone unnoticed. No doubt Bolt has put us back in the head lines, and this time for a good thing; but what about all the other talent.
Will it take some big shot producer to do it for us? As in the case of our 1998 Reggae Boyz and Rene Simmoes; or is this something that we have to do for ourselves as a people?
Surely there have been some who have come out of the pack, i.e. escape the "confines" of the island. Can not one of them look back and help put our local talent on the international market?
As always just jotting down my thoughts. Do you think differently?
