The Jamaican version of dodge ball is called Dandy shandy, and we don't typically use balls. We typically use anything we can get our hands on. A stuffed box, a stuffed bag. Stuffings include empty juice boxes, old clothes, and empty shopping bags.
In extreme situations, some people use stones as stuffing.
