Popular sounds in Jamaica

 


One of the favorite pass times of Jamaicans is to go to the Dancehall.  This is where our iconic reggae music was coined and promoted.

When I was growing up there were a few popular sound systems that played. I don't know if these businesses are still around however, I am interested to know what are the popular ones now playing in Jamaica as of 2021.

I will begin with the ones that I know however, feel free to give your sound favorite or not a shout out below.
