Meeting places in Jamaica

When I was a child you could travel to halfway tree to go to Skateland. This was the place to be.

The concept was similar to the modern-day Galaxy Skating Ring. I think this concept is disappearing from the landscape worldwide though.

Kids love to hang out at Sovereign Shopping Center, Maybe it was because of the club that was on the premises.

I have not been to the island in a while. Are these places still standing? If not what has taken their places?

I only know about Kingston, because that is where I grew up, however what about the other parishes?

Help me talk about those other places where people would congregate.

I have written a book, soon to be posted on Amazon that highlights living in the country during the late 1970's, and 80's. Please support and let me know your thoughts.

I know some of you may be a bit skeptical about putting your card information on this blog, so I have created a go fund me.

https://gofund.me/e8e84cb8

So that we can use a more acceptable means of contributing to the cause.

You would think that they amount of money blogpost has made from my blog, they would share the wealth,

but you would be mistaken to think this way.

I am monetizing the page, but to date I have not earned a sufficient amount to warrant writing a cheque.

One Jamaican advise on How to grow your money

Apart from the traditional gilt-edge funds (mutual funds), the new phenomenon is cryptocurrency. This has the potential to multiply your money exponentially.

This might very well be the way of the future or just another way to pay. However, there is a lingering question of "Which ones do you buy?" Please note that a cryptocurrency purchase is one that you hold for a minimum of a year to realize any returns.

The key is to buy low. However, not all low currency is good currency.

You want one that has a cap or a limit, that supposedly will increase in value over time. You want one that is stable that has been around for a while.

In this regard, I only recommend "Tron, Ethereum and Bitcoin."

Ethereum and Bitcoin have been around for a while, so their prices are high and you won't make megabucks by buying those. They are stable and still experience growth however, so they are still sound bets. There are a few other sound ones, but their prices are too high, to return any sound returns for the poor man.

However, Tron is really low right now and has been seeing a faster than regular growth pace.  To realize a good return I would place megabucks on Tron, and then sell in a year.

don't forget to donate to this blog when you make your megabucks.

Here is a video that explains in more detail.

Earn U.S while still in Jamaica

A lot of people have asked, so here is the answer.

So if you haven't already heard, affiliate marketing is taking over the web, and thousands of people literally are getting rich while sitting at home.

I guess for some the pandemic wasn't really a bad thing.

So how do you do this?

Here is a list of the things you will need.

1) Reliable internet connection

2) a way to market, such as a blog or youtube channel

3) a U.S. bank account (if you need details just leave a comment below and I will answer any questions you may have)

4) Commitment to a project

5) Affiliate links. I only know of Clickbank

6) You can approach each seller/affiliate individually as well.

Hope this helps.

If you need more information I am sure you can search for it, but just message me below and I will do my best to answer.

See you on the other side.

What are some jobs in Jamaica that I can do?

Well, I was surprised to know that street vendors, selling sky juice (snow cone in a bag) were still around in this year 2021.

There is a picture of one on this blog. It is just so interesting that so much has changed on the island, and yet so much still remains the same.

With the dawn of the covid era, and the mandate for everyone to stay home, no doubt white-collar crime  is on the rise in Jamaica. I'll take this any day over the traditional gun violence.

I am sure there are some legit ways to stay home and make money. Here are just a few suggestions. If you think I have left any out, please feel free to jot them down below.
