New Jamaican slang

What is the new slang on the road, and what does it mean?

O.K. I went to the Island recently and I was able to pick a few slangs.

Da one yah gawn! 
Elephant man uses it in his song  "run dem weh"

To be honest there are many slangs in this song.

Another one I heard was Sell Off!

This slangs mean the same thing. What is the meaning? They both mean this is cool or of high quality or rating.
